Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented ITI Fitters to join our team in Moraiya, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment used in our manufacturing processes This role is critical to maintaining our high standards of production efficiency and product quality

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing machinery and equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime Assemble, install, and align new machinery as per company requirements Conduct inspections to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve technical issues Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times Suggest improvements to enhance equipment performance and longevity

Qualifications:

Hard Skills:

Proficiency in fitting, assembling, and repairing mechanical equipment
Knowledge of tools, machinery, and equipment used in manufacturing Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals Basic understanding of electrical systems (preferred but not mandatory)

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Time management and the ability to work under pressure

Education/Certifications:

ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in Fitter Trade or equivalent
Additional certifications in mechanical maintenance or related fields are a plus

Preferred Experience:

1-3 years of experience as an ITI Fitter in a manufacturing environment
Experience in the skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG industry is preferred but not mandatory Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and safety standards
