Job Title: Busbar Fitter – Fresher
Key Responsibilities
● Assist senior fitters in marking, cutting, drilling, and bending busbars as per drawings.
● Learn to read and interpret GA diagrams, busbar layouts, and single line diagrams.
● Support in assembling busbar supports, sleeves, shrouds, and insulators inside the
panel.
● Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in safe and clean condition.
● Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
● Record daily activities and coordinate with supervisors for tasks.
● Continuously learn about busbar materials, sizes, and electrical clearances.
Required Qualifications
● ITI (Fitter / Electrician / Wireman) or Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical)
● 0–1 year experience (Freshers welcome)
● Basic knowledge of measuring tools like tape, vernier caliper, angle scale
● Willingness to learn and work in a workshop environment
Key Skills
● Mechanical aptitude and interest in fabrication work
● Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
● Teamwork and discipline
● Eagerness to learn and adapt
● Basic understanding of electrical safety

Pay: ₹8,584.48 - ₹28,513.62 per month
