Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct fitness assessments and create customized training plans for clients.
Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct form and technique.
Motivate and support members in achieving their fitness goals.
Maintain high levels of client engagement and satisfaction.
Educate clients on proper nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle habits.
Ensure gym hygiene, safety, and equipment maintenance standards are met.
Conduct group sessions such as strength training, cardio, mobility, or functional workouts as required.
Collaborate with other trainers and staff to deliver an excellent fitness experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

Certified personal trainer.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a personal or group fitness trainer.
Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and fitness trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire clients of different fitness levels.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹9,827.83 - ₹49,061.33 per month
