Fitness Sales Manager

As a Fitness Sales Manager at FitClub, located in Sushant Lok Phase 1, Gurgaon, you will be an integral part of Gurgaon's premier fitness destination. With a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or luxury retail, you will lead our sales team to drive revenue growth and ensure a premium member experience. Your key responsibilities will include leading and managing the fitness sales team to exceed monthly targets, developing strategic sales plans to attract new clients and retain existing members, conducting client consultations with a consultative approach, monitoring sales performance data for improvement opportunities, training and mentoring sales consultants, collaborating with marketing and operations teams for campaigns and events, and maintaining high levels of customer service. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record in sales management, particularly in fitness, hospitality, or wellness sectors, possess strong leadership and communication skills, exhibit a passion for health and fitness, demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and deliver results, and ideally hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
