Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Fitness Sales Manager to independently drive membership sales and achieve personal sales targets. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys working individually, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong passion for fitness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed assigned monthly individual sales targets.
• Proactively generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, and local marketing activities.
• Do daily calling on assigned and self-generated leads, follow up consistently, and convert them into clients.
• Conduct personalized facility tours for prospects, explaining membership options and benefits.
• Maintain an updated database of prospects, leads, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities to increase footfall and leads.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure member satisfaction and retention.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed individual sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
