Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Pune, with some work from home flexibility. As a Fitness Coach at Masco Fit Brand | Fitness Club, you will design and deliver group exercise and individualized fitness training programs. You will assess the fitness levels and goals of clients, develop customized plans, and guide them through workouts. The role involves providing education on proper nutrition and fitness techniques to ensure safe and effective progress, as well as promoting health and wellness within the fitness community.

Qualifications

• Experience in Group Exercise and Fitness Training
• Knowledge of Nutrition and its role in fitness and wellness
• Skills in Fitness Instruction and understanding of the Fitness Industry
• Passionate about helping clients achieve their fitness goals
• Strong communication and motivational skills
• Experience in designing customized training and wellness programs
• Certification in fitness training, personal training, or relevant fields is advantageous
• Ability to work both on-site and remotely
