Fitness Coach

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate, certified Fitness Coach to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will help clients achieve their health and fitness goals through structured workout plans, personalized training, and expert guidance in both general fitness and boxing techniques. You will play a key role in creating an energetic, disciplined, and supportive training environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create customized fitness programs tailored to clients’ needs and fitness levels
• Provide one-on-one or group boxing training sessions (technique, conditioning, sparring, pad work)
• Instruct clients on proper exercise techniques, equipment use, and boxing fundamentals
• Monitor and assess client progress and modify programs as necessary
• Ensure a safe and hygienic workout space
• Advise clients on healthy lifestyle choices and basic nutrition
• Conduct fitness and strength assessments
• Encourage and motivate clients to stay on track with their fitness goals
• Stay up-to-date with current fitness trends and boxing training methods
