Fit Out Executive

· Ensure resident possession in coordination with client CRM & Projects.

· Ensure all necessary utilities are being given during fit o

· Ensure Drawing submission and approval for fit out work are been obtained prior Fit out Commencement.

· Maintain records of all as build drawing and approved drawings of fit out.

· Make sure all instruction / guidelines are being followed.

· Provide necessary permits (Hight work, hot work permit) before work commencement.

· Coordinate for all necessary security arrangement for execution Fit Out.

· Liaise with resident to meet out their day-to-day requirement.

· Keep an effective control on work in progress.

· Ensure all safety requirements are being followed at site.

· Advise resident’s contractor on minor execution issues in apartments.

· Ensure that all residents meeting design control specifications as laid down in fit out
