Role & responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues and queries efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Should be flexible working in rotational night shifts.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven experience in international customer support.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Candidates with a BE, BTech, BSc, or PG degree will not be eligible to apply.
