Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from UK telecom customers.
Assist with billing issues, plan upgrades, service complaints, or connection-related queries.
Troubleshoot common technical problems (e.g., connectivity, device settings).
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
Ensure first-call resolution and excellent customer experience.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments following defined protocols.
Meet performance targets (AHT, CSAT, FCR, Quality scores).
Follow telecom compliance and data protection (GDPR) guidelines.

Shifts -Rotational Shift
Experience in a call center or tech support environment
Knowledge of [your industry or product-specific knowledge

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Candidates with a
B.Com, B.B.A, B.A
, or
any Postgraduate degree
and
experience in Customer Support
