Key Responsibilities

• Perform

  non-voice backend operations

  such as data entry, data processing, validation, and documentation.
• Work on customer or client requests received via email, ticketing systems, or internal portals.
  
• Analyze and update customer information accurately in databases/CRM tools.
  
• Process orders, applications, claims, transactions, or service requests depending on the business process.
  
• Perform

  quality checks

  , audits, and verify data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain productivity and meet assigned

  SLA metrics

  (quality, TAT, accuracy).
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or incomplete information.
  
• Prepare reports, summaries, and maintain logs of completed tasks.
  
• Follow internal policies, data protection standards, and client-specific guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong written English communication skills.
  
• Minimum 02 years of experience in

  backend/non-voice international processes

  (freshers may also apply depending on company).
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM/ERP tools.
  
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  
• Comfortable working in

  night shifts

  aligned with international clients (US/UK/AUS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• B.E/B.Tech freshers ,Any post graduate fresher not eligible to attend Backend Process or Non-voice process interview
