Job Description

Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or product recommendations.
Actively
upsell
relevant products/services to increase revenue.
Identify customer requirements and perform
cross-selling
based on available product offerings.
Maintain high accuracy in capturing customer information and updating CRM systems.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and call targets.
Resolve queries, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow communication scripts and compliance guidelines during calls.
Maintain excellent product knowledge to provide correct information to customers.

Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills
with a neutral or international accent.
Prior experience in an
international voice process
preferred.
Strong persuasive skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell.
Ability to handle pressure, objections, and challenging conversations.
Good problem-solving abilities and active listening skills.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
Minimum qualification:
Graduate / 12th pass with relevant experience
