Job Description

Technical Customer Support Executive International Voice (Broadband/Wi-Fi Support)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle technical support queries via voice calls for international customers.
Troubleshoot broadband and Wi-Fi issues including:

Connectivity drops
Router configuration
Speed/performance issues
Network settings and security

Provide step-by-step guidance for basic and advanced router/modem setup.
Escalate complex technical issues to Level 2/3 support teams as needed.
Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in CRM systems.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to service level agreements (SLAs).
Stay updated with the latest technical knowledge in broadband/Wi-Fi technology.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent English communication skills
both verbal and written.
Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving attitude.
Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP address, DNS, routers, modems, etc.).
Ability to work in night shifts and rotational weekly offs.
Good listening skills, patience, and empathy when dealing with customer issues.
Comfortable with using ticketing/CRM systems and remote support tools.
