Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Assist in the production and manufacturing of solar PV modules and related components. Support the engineering team in project design, development, and implementation. Conduct basic testing and quality checks as per company standards. Learn and adhere to safety, environmental, and quality protocols. Participate in training sessions, workshops, and continuous learning initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on assigned projects. Maintain accurate documentation and reports. Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related disciplines) or Science (Physics, Chemistry). Experience: Freshers / 0-1 year experience. Strong academic record with a passion for renewable energy and sustainability. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing or project environment. Key Skills: Basic knowledge of solar energy technologies and principles (preferred but not mandatory). Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work in shifts and field conditions if required.
