When you open deposit account, it’s one click via app. When you close it, you must visit a branch but they will send you here and there. Horrible

Yes I can confirm that the 2.3 stars average review is accurate. Absolutely dreadful customer service. Fortunately there are better banks to choose from in the UAE. Avoid unless you have a lot of time and patience and are willing to deal with people who very clearly do not care about your visit.
