Job Description

Responsibilities - Take charge of initial firefighting, rescue, and first-aid operations until higher-ranking officers arrive. Assess situations quickly and implement appropriate firefighting techniques and rescue procedures Lead and supervise a team of firemen during routine duties and emergency operations. Assign tasks, ensure discipline, and maintain team readiness. Conduct regular fire drills, mock evacuations, and training sessions for firemen. Ensure the team is well-versed in fire safety procedures and emergency protocols. Ensure all firefighting equipment, tools, and PPE are in good working condition. Oversee maintenance and inventory of fire appliances and equipment. Prepare reports of fire incidents, drills, inspections, and daily routines. Maintain records of team attendance, equipment status, and incidents. Guide and mentor junior firemen to develop their skills and readiness. Encourage teamwork, discipline, and continuous learning within the unit. Job Type: Contract Pay: ₹24,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Experience: fire: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
