Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and test fired equipment such as boilers, furnaces, and kilns.
Conduct site visits to inspect and troubleshoot issues with existing equipment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical problems.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Provide training and support to junior engineers and technicians.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in designing and developing fired equipment.
Strong understanding of combustion processes and heat transfer mechanisms.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
