• Manage end-to-end production of fire-fighting vehicles
• Monitor assembly, fabrication, QC, timelines
• Coordinate with design, purchase, and vendor teams
• Ensure compliance with NFPA / BIS standards
• Lead manpower planning & daily production targets

Requirements

• Experience in specialty vehicle / fire-tender manufacturing
• Strong mechanical & fabrication knowledge
• Team handling & MIS reporting skills

2 Design Engineer – Fire-Fighting VehiclesExperience:

• Prepare 2D/3D designs for fire-fighting vehicles
• Layout of pumps, PTO, water tank, foam tank
• Structural drawings, BOM creation
• Coordinate with production & vendors for feasibility
• Ensure compliance with regulatory norms

Requirements

• Proficient in SolidWorks/AutoCAD
• Experience in vehicle body design or special purpose vehicles

3 Purchase Manager – Fire-Fighting ComponentsExperience:

• Procurement of pumps, PTOs, hoses, valves, chassis items
• Vendor negotiation & cost reduction
• Evaluate supplier quality and technical specs
• Maintain inventory & supply planning
• Develop new suppliers for critical components

Requirements

• Strong understanding of fire-fighting equipment
• Good negotiation & ERP skills

4 Vendor Development Manager – Fire-TendersExperience:

• Identify & onboard vendors for fabrication, pumps, tanks
• Conduct audits & quality checks
• Vendor cost benchmarking
• Resolve supply issues & ensure timely deliveries

Requirements

• Must have SPMV / firefighting vehicle vendor exposure
• Strong technical + commercial knowledge

X-RAY / SCANNING MACHINES – 4 JDs (Same 4 Roles)1 Production Manager – X-Ray/Scanning MachinesExperience:

• Lead production of X-ray baggage scanners / security scanners
• Assembly management for X-ray tubes, conveyors, PCB units
• Coordinate QC, calibration, radiation testing
• Ensure compliance with AERB & safety norms

Requirements

• Experience in security scanning equipment manufacturing
• Strong electronics & electromechanical understanding

2 Design Engineer – X-Ray/Scanning SystemsExperience:

• Design mechanical + electronic layouts for scanning systems
• Generate 3D models, wiring diagrams, BOM
• Support prototype testing & EMI/EMC compliance

Requirements

• SolidWorks/AutoCAD + basic electronics knowledge
• Experience in industrial machines preferred

3 Purchase Manager – X-Ray/Scanner ComponentsExperience:

• Purchase X-ray tubes, detectors, conveyors, control panels
• Negotiate with international & domestic vendors
• Evaluate technical specs & certifications
• Manage import documentation

• Experience in electronics/electromechanical procurement
• Strong vendor negotiation

4 Vendor Development Manager – X-Ray SystemsExperience:

• Develop vendors for detectors, motors, PCB assembly, frames
