Monitor the project execution primarily with respect to progress and budget • Prepare monthly report on budget and progress of the project and share the same with region project management head • Identify and share any issues or bottlenecks with respect to the budget and progress of the project • Monitor quality of work by conducting visual inspections on a regular basis and obtaining reports from quality control engineer • Ensure that the payments of various contractors are processed in a timely manner
Should be expert in Finishing Work.
