Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Supervise and execute finishing works such as plastering, painting, tiling, false ceiling, flooring, joinery, and other interior works.
Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for smooth execution of finishing activities.
Ensure that finishing works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify defects or non-conformities.
Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of finishing tasks within deadlines.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Manage material requirements, usage, and wastage control.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site protocols.
Attend site meetings and resolve any technical or execution-related issues.
Provide technical guidance to workers and subcontractors.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Good knowledge of finishing works materials, methods, and quality standards.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Effective communication and leadership skills.
