Senior Finishing Civil Engineer

Location : Dwarka (near Somnath, Gujarat)

Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Senior Finishing Site Engineer/Civil Finishing Expert with a strong civil engineering background to oversee finishing activities, ensuring timely and quality project delivery.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and execute finishing works: tiling, plastering, painting, waterproofing, and related activities

- Implement quality control measures to meet project standards

- Collaborate with site engineers and supervisors to resolve issues and optimize workflow

- Maintain a safe and organized work environment

- Provide technical guidance to junior team members

Key Expertise:

- Finishing tasks (tiling, painting, door fixing, etc.)

- Quality control and defect management

- Snag list preparation and rectification

- MS Excel proficiency for project management

- Client handover expertise

- Landscaping (hard and soft scape development)

Requirements:

- BTech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

- 5+ years of experience in finishing works for residential, villas and commercial projects

Desirable Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
