Finishing Engineer - Dwarka

You are an experienced Senior Finishing Site Engineer/Civil Finishing Expert with a strong civil engineering background. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing finishing activities such as tiling, plastering, painting, waterproofing, and related tasks to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. You will also need to implement quality control measures, collaborate with site engineers and supervisors, maintain a safe work environment, and provide technical guidance to junior team members. Your expertise should include finishing tasks like tiling, painting, and door fixing, as well as quality control, defect management, snag list preparation, and rectification. Proficiency in MS Excel for project management, client handover expertise, and landscaping (hard and soft scape development) are also key skills required for this role. To qualify for this position, you should have a BTech/Diploma in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience in finishing works for residential, villas, and commercial projects. Desirable skills include strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
