Fine Art Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lectures, studio sessions, and workshops in Fine Arts.
• Teach various disciplines such as painting, sculpture, printmaking, applied arts, digital arts, and art history.
• Develop and update curriculum, lesson plans, and assessment methods in line with university guidelines.
• Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and guide them in their creative pursuits.
• Organize art exhibitions, competitions, cultural events, and workshops for students.
• Mentor and advise students on projects, portfolios, and career pathways in fine arts.
• Integrate new technologies and contemporary practices into teaching.
• Participate in faculty meetings, academic planning, and departmental activities.
• Contribute to research, publications, and outreach activities in the field of Fine Arts.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s Degree in Fine Arts (MFA) or equivalent from a recognized institution (PhD preferred).
• Prior teaching experience at the university/college level will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of traditional and contemporary art forms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to inspire creativity and critical thinking among students.
• Familiarity with digital tools, design software, and emerging art trends.
