Roles & Responsibilities: Teach, mentor, and guide students in theatre, drama, and performing arts. Design and deliver engaging curriculum, workshops, and practical sessions in acting, stagecraft, and production. Prepare students for AIU (Association of Indian Universities) cultural festivals and competitions at zonal and national levels. Direct and coordinate theatre productions, stage performances, and cultural events within the university. Encourage student participation in dramatics, scriptwriting, stage management, and backstage operations. Collaborate with other faculty in organizing inter-university cultural fests, workshops, and seminars. Nurture students’ creativity, confidence, and teamwork skills through theatre and performance activities. Eligibility & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Theatre/Performing Arts or equivalent from a recognized university. Proven experience in AIU cultural festivals with successful student participation and achievements. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant teaching/performance experience in theatre, dramatics, or stage direction. Strong knowledge of Indian and Western theatre, stagecraft, and performance techniques.
