Session Details

• Topic:

  The Wealth Path: Our First Steps Toward Financial Freedom and Smart Saving

• Format:

  3 sessions per day (1 hour each)

• Audience:

  Plant workers (on-roll and off-roll)

• Languages:

  Hindi, English, and local/native languages (plant-specific)

• Date:

  Tentatively post 15th November

• Location:

  Daman & Ratlam plants

Compensation

₹5,000 – ₹7,000 per session + travel expenses

Requirements

• Experience in financial education, corporate training, or employee wellness programs
• Strong communication and presentation skills in

  Hindi, English, and regional languages

• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for a diverse audience

• Willingness to travel onsite to plant locations
