We are looking for young, high energy individuals with a passion for sales and for achieving aspirational targets.
Key responsibilities: Understand customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance products to them
Acquire new clients with the help of bank staffs through relationship and generate quality business revenue
Actively cross sell / up sell products to the bank existing customers by identifying the customer needs.
Provide service to existing customers, solve their queries and concerns and ensure the quality of business is maintained consistently
Generate fresh leads through cold calling and devise new ways of widening customer base for revenue generation opportunities
Accept authority of application, complaints of the customers and responsible to take it forward with concerned team.
Exercise due diligence at to prevent unauthorized/ fraudulent transactions
You will have sales targets and attractive rewards linked to achievements.
Candidates who are willing to be mobile and work across locations will be preferred.
Minimum requirements:
Graduation or post-graduation from any stream
Graduate freshers or candidates with experience of 0 - 2 years
Experience in customer facing roles in any industry; prior experience in life insurance industry is not mandatory
*Note: Compensation and level fitment in the organisation will be offered commensurate with role, education and prior work experience of the candidate.
