Financial Services Account Associate Specialist

As a member of the Transfer Agency team at FIS, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to high-value customers of financial institutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Serving as a telephonic concierge and primary point of contact for customers - Addressing inquiries and performing account maintenance on deposits and money market accounts - Collaborating with internal and external clients and departments to resolve issues and respond to inquiries - Following up on escalated service tickets and inquiries - Identifying customer needs and discussing progress towards solutions - Establishing positive rapport with callers and setting expectations for account maintenance queries - Completing banking transactions and identifying opportunities to market bank products - Maintaining knowledge of products and services and educating customers about offerings - Providing referrals for new and additional services - Participating in client loyalty process and follow-up discussions - Participating in business reviews to understand client strategic direction and offerings Qualifications for this role include: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of Customer Services and a global mindset (desirable) - Willingness to work night shifts and temporary work from home - Ability to work in an office environment post operations begin in office - Strong team player with experience working with global teams - Detail-oriented with a focus on timeliness - High regard for deadlines and deliverables At FIS, we offer you a unique opportunity to shape the future of fintech with benefits such as a collaborative work environment, continuous learning and development, and competitive salary and benefits.
