Financial Services Account Associate Specialist

As part of the Transfer Agency team at FIS, you will be responsible for Transaction Operations, Processing, and associated functions of mutual funds for various clients. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging tasks and relevant issues in financial services and technology. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Act as a resource to the direct leader in supporting day-to-day operational functions - Provide excellent customer service by serving as a telephonic concierge to high-value customers - Address inquiries and perform account maintenance on deposits and money market accounts - Collaborate with internal and external clients and various departments to resolve issues and respond to inquiries - Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of products and services to educate customers and identify opportunities for cross-selling - Participate in client loyalty processes and contribute to developing action plans to address concerns - Be willing to work night shifts for 5 days a week Qualifications required for this role include: - 5 to 6 years of experience in the Mutual Fund background - Excellent knowledge of Customer Services with a global mindset being desirable At FIS, we offer you more than just a job.
