Financial Services Account Associate II (Mutual Fund)

As a Customer Service Representative at FIS, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to high-value customers of financial institutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Serving as a telephonic concierge and primary point of contact for customer inquiries and account maintenance on deposits and money market accounts. - Collaborating with internal and external clients and departments to address issues, fulfill customer requests, and respond to inquiries. - Following up on escalated service tickets and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution. - Identifying customer needs, discussing solutions, and maintaining positive rapport with each caller. - Conducting banking transactions and promoting bank products based on individual customer requirements. - Staying informed about products and services, and adapting to changes in the offerings. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 1 to 3 years of experience in Finance and Mutual funds. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience in working with global or cross-functional teams. - Knowledge of Customer Services with a global mindset being desirable. - Willingness to work night shifts and rotational shifts for 5 days a week.
