As a member of the Transfer Agency division at FIS, you will be responsible for Transaction Operations, Processing, and associated functions of mutual funds for various clients. You will provide services to clients through various channels such as Transaction processing and Chat, which may involve tasks like Accounts set up, Shareholder data maintenance, and overall record-keeping. Key Responsibilities: - Verify and input customer requests to ensure accuracy and correctness, taking appropriate actions as necessary. - Perform quality control activities to meet quality standards. - Generate template emails or written correspondence to customers when required. - Adhere to all policies, procedure guidelines, operational metrics/standards, and regulatory controls/requirements. - Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and service quality. - Guide and mentor peers on less complex processes. - Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. - Utilize strong phone, verbal, and written communication skills, along with active listening. - Show adaptability to different personality types and a customer-focused approach. - Work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong knowledge of Customer Services, with a global mindset being desirable. - Willingness to work night shifts (5 days a week). - Temporary work from home with flexibility to work in an office environment post office operations resume.
