Position Title: Finance & Accounts Executive / Senior Executive

Qualification: CA Inter / Semi-Qualified CA / MBA Finance

Experience: 2-3 years

Role Overview

The Finance & Accounts Executive will be responsible for supporting the full spectrum of accounting,

finance, compliance, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical

knowledge, hands-on experience with accounting processes, and the ability to support statutory and

internal audits.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Post journal entries, manage general ledgers, and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights to management.

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Manage vendor invoices, payment processing, and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with TDS, GST, and other statutory deductions on payments.
• Manage customer invoicing, collections follow-up, and aging analysis.

3. Taxation & Compliance

• Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and TDS

returns.

• Ensure compliance with Income Tax, Companies Act, and other applicable laws.

4. Budgeting & MIS

• Assist in preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Prepare periodic MIS reports for management review.

5. Banking & Treasury

• Handle bank reconciliation statements (BRS) and fund management.

7. Other Responsibilities

• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and tasks as requested by management.

Skills & Competencies Required

• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and corporate taxation.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (ERP).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
