Your role and responsibilities
Performing analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast.Performing benchmarking of key performance indicators with external and internal peers.Performing closing activities and MIS reports for the respective business / functions.Working with the other financial professionals in Divisions / Hubs / Countries / Functions to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance and identify trends.Financial analysis for various what if scenarios and sensitivity analysis and the overall im-pact to the Divisions.Perform Capital investment evaluation using NPV / IRR techniques. Preparing and analyz-ing ad-hoc reports as per divisions / functions request.Preparing allocation cycles and calculation of Labour hour rates and overhead absorption rate for different business scenarios. Performing cost / benefit analysis and analysis of in-ventories, NWC
Qualifications for the role
Experience required 3-7 YrsFlexible with shifts - Morning Shift - 6AM - 3PM and 12PM - 9PM and 10:30 AM- 7:30 PMStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with MS OfficeDegree CMA/ ICWA/CA/ MBA FinanceThorough / detail oriented approach.Strong communication skills.Hands on experience in SAP FICO and COPA modules
