Financial Planning & Analysis Lead

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing FP&A finance support to the accounting teams, focusing on productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics. Your role will involve identifying business challenges and developing solutions, working on automation projects to enhance processes and productivity, preparing reports on employee efficiency and productivity, and generating monthly variance reports on expenditure items. Additionally, you will be involved in key transitions from the US and driving process improvements for time and cost savings.
