Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

Description

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning: Assist in the development and maintenance of the annual budget and long-term financial plans.
• Forecasting: Prepare and analyze financial forecasts, including monthly, quarterly, and annual projections, to support business decisions.
• Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis between actual financial results and budget/forecast, identifying key drivers and recommending corrective actions as needed.
• Management Reporting: Prepare and distribute insightful management reports and dashboards to key stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers, provide financial insights, and support decision-making processes.
• Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business scenarios, assess investment opportunities, and support strategic planning.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by management, addressing specific business questions or concerns.
• Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance reporting capabilities.
  

Qualifications

• Qualified CA
• 8-15 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and Microsoft Excel. Well aware with tools
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and analyze business operations and strategies.
