Financial Partnership Manager

As a Financial Program Developer, your primary responsibility will be to develop and design comprehensive financing solutions in partnership with financial institutions to facilitate customer purchases of solar-powered, energy-efficient HVAC systems. You will create user-friendly financing programs that align with end users" needs and complement Chillax ElectroCool's products. Your role will involve ensuring that financing programs comply with regulatory standards and financial institution requirements. In addition, you will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, including banks, NBFCs, and other financing partners. You will act as the primary point of contact for financial institutions, facilitating smooth communication, resolving issues, and ensuring program success. Your duties will also include identifying new collaboration opportunities with financial institutions and negotiating favorable terms and conditions that benefit both Chillax ElectroCool and customers. As part of the team, you will lead the financing program through all stages of development and implementation to ensure a successful commercial launch. Collaboration with internal teams, such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations, will be essential to align financing offerings with the broader business strategy and customer outreach efforts. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to promote financing options to customers during the product launch phase, including developing promotional materials and campaigns. Ensuring that all legal agreements, contracts, and documents related to financing are properly reviewed, executed, and stored will also be within your scope of responsibilities. Your role will also involve providing support to customers throughout the financing process, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and transparent experience. You will troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the financing process to maintain customer satisfaction. Furthermore, you will be required to regularly report on the performance of financing programs to senior management, including key metrics like sales volumes, loan defaults, and customer feedback. Based on insights from data, customer feedback, and institutional partner feedback, you will optimize and refine financial programs. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies in all financing agreements will be crucial. Collaboration with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements will also be part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or Finance will be a plus. You should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in financial partnerships, lending, or financing programs, particularly working with financial institutions. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly, will be essential. Project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and financial software tools are also required.
