Key Responsibilities:

? Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

? Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and reporting.

? Maintain accurate general ledger records and perform account reconciliations.

? Process invoices, payments, and expense claims in accordance with company policies.

? Support financial audits and ensure compliance with statutory and internal audit requirements.

? Assist in managing cash flow, working capital, and banking transactions.

? Monitor and ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

? Collaborate with internal departments to gather data and provide financial insights.

? Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Candidate Requirements

? Immediate joiner preferred.

? Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce in a recognised institution; MBA preferred but not mandatory. (CFA / CFA aspirant preferred)

? 2 years of post-qualification experience in finance or accounting functions.

? Strong grasp of accounting standards (local GAAP / IFRS) and regulatory frameworks

? Deep experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis

? Excellent leadership, people management, and mentoring skills

? Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial software / ERP / BI tools

? Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to work at both strategic and operational levels.

? Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to interact with senior management, auditors, and other stakeholders

? High integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential financial information
