We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and reconciling financial transactions, performing banking operations, and ensuring accuracy in payments and payouts. This role requires excellent analytical skills, a strong understanding of financial services, and the ability to work effectively with various teams to resolve queries and enhance processes.Responsibilities:

• Able to do Payments Reconciliation from Excel Sheet and Bank File.

• Preparation of Bank Transactions file from Bank Statement

• Able to do the independent reconciliation from various files and statements.

• Execute multiple payouts using Bulk Excel files across various banks.

• Handle queries related to Payin and payouts from other teams.

• Maintain sheets to track all the transactions and query related to payin and payouts.

• Conduct Banking transactions and inter-company funds movement.

• Visiting Various banks and coordinating with various bankers related to information and

• Able to handle banking operations and documentation for new account opening and other
  
  
  

Banking related activities.

• Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping and Taxation

• Analyze transaction patterns to identify discrepancies, errors, or potential improvements.

• Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
