Job Description

You are a Financial Due Diligence (FDD) Specialist with 4-6 years of experience in Internal Audit. You will be responsible for conducting financial due diligence, internal audit reviews, analyzing financial statements, assisting in the preparation of Quality of Earnings (QoE) reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and communicating financial findings effectively to stakeholders and clients. You will also support M&A transactions, investment decisions, and financial risk assessments. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct financial due diligence to assess company financials, including revenue, expenses, cash flow, and working capital. - Perform internal audit reviews to identify financial risks, compliance gaps, and inconsistencies. - Analyze financial statements, tax records, and business performance metrics to identify key risks and trends. - Assist in the preparation of Quality of Earnings (QoE) reports and financial projections. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and regulatory requirements. - Communicate financial findings effectively to internal stakeholders and clients. - Support M&A transactions, investment decisions, and financial risk assessments. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 4-6 years of experience in Internal Audit, Financial Due Diligence, or Risk Assessment. - Strong understanding of financial statements, balance sheets, cash flow analysis, and accounting principles. - Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools. - Excellent communication and presentation skills for delivering financial insights. - Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
