Financial Controller

Job Summary

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, forecasting trends, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and trend forecasting.
  
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  
• Support budgeting and financial planning processes.
  
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and new initiatives.
  
• Analyze cash flow, operating costs, and financial risks.
  
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
  
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare dashboards.
  
• Collaborate with accounting, operations, and business teams to gather data and validate accuracy.
  
• Assist in preparing presentations for management and stakeholders.
  
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  
• Master’s degree or professional certifications (CFA, CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
  
• 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis or similar role (or more, depending on your need).
  
• Strong understanding of financial statements and analysis techniques.
  
• Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.
  
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite) is an advantage.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
