Financial Controller

1. Conduct concurrent audits and peer reviews to uphold financial integrity and enhance internal control systems

2. Coordination with Statutory Auditors / Tax Auditors & Internal Auditors.

3. Liaising with bankers and work-related visits to banks for foreign remittances / working capital requirements / Issuing Bank Guarantees / Loan requirements / Sanction letters etc.

4. Preparing Buyers Credit / Letter of Credit including import or export documents like 15CA and 15CB

5. General taxation with finalization of accounts. Good knowledge of Direct Tax (TDS, TCS, Income-tax etc.) & Indirect tax (GST, Duty draw, transfer pricing, PT, PF, ESIC).

6. Good knowledge of filing Income Tax assessments and its workings. Preparing and completing monthly / quarterly / annual tax reports.

7. Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.

8. Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take.

9. Recommend tax strategies and prepare Tax Forecast Reports.

10. Develop trends and projections for the firms finances.

11. Assisting in preparation of the Profit & Loss Statements and Balance.

12. Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.

13. Must have good command over English and good presentation skills
