We are hiring for below position with a leading Glass Manufacturing Company

Position: Finance Controller(MIS, Budgeting & Financial Reporting)

Location:Multiple locations in India

Qualification:CA Qualified

Mandatory 8+ experience in Manufacturing Company

Brief responsibilities of the job:-

Lead plant accounting operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial processes and internal controls.
Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Banking, including team leadership.
Manage receivable reconciliations and customer payment follow-ups.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and periodic financial reports, including bank and debtor positions.
Analyze key variances in cost, margins, labor, and materials and provide insights.
Drive cost-reduction initiatives and identify opportunities for process optimization.
Manage statutory and internal audits and ensure strong compliance frameworks.
Oversee inventory management and month-end financial closing activities.
Handle fixed asset accounting, reconciliations, and asset register control.
Prepare annual financial statements and manage group company accounts and reconciliations
