Financial Controller

Role Overview: As a Senior Finance Controller, you play a critical role in driving financial strategy, forecasting, and planning activities for the organization. Your responsibilities include leading the FP&A team, providing strategic insights, and ensuring financial goals are achieved. You will be developing financial models, analyzing key business drivers, and delivering actionable recommendations to senior management. Your deep understanding of financial and accounting principles, Indian GAAP, and INDAS knowledge, strong analytical skills, and effective communication of complex financial information are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement robust financial planning and analysis processes. - Provide accurate and timely financial forecasts and reports to support strategic decision-making. - Identify and analyze key business drivers and their impact on financial performance. - Lead and mentor the FP&A team to achieve high performance and professional growth. - Ensure timely closure of books (monthly, quarterly, and annually) supported by proper Analytical Reports. - Coordinate internal audits, interim audits, statutory audits, tax audits, transfer pricing audits, and special audits. - Ensure financial goals align with the organization's strategic plan. - Oversee tax assessments and notices handled by Tax Consultants. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required. - MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CA, CFA, CMA) is preferred. - Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Finance Controller and Analysis, Accounting with at least 3-5 years in a Managerial role. - Experience in the Cloud & Data Center Management industry or a related field is highly desirable. - Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
