Job Description

The Subsidiary Controller position requires a highly skilled and motivated individual to oversee financial operations in our Romania subsidiary. Your main responsibilities will include managing monthly and quarterly closings, conducting analytical reviews, coordinating with HQ, and preparing various regulatory reports. You will also be involved in the preparation of local financial statements and ensuring compliance with SOX controls. To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, along with a CPA certification. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a financial controller role is required, and proficiency in Oracle Fusion is preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential, as well as a good understanding of Excel. You should also possess excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines, and be comfortable working under pressure.
