Job Summary

Finance Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain monthly

  financial trackers and reports

  across multiple product companies.
• Prepare

  budgets, forecasts, and financial dashboards

  , ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Track

  expenses, costs, and profitability

  , providing insights on financial performance.
• Support in

  financial modeling, forecasting, and weekly reporting

  for leadership reviews.
• Assist in

  budget planning and variance analysis

  to support data-driven decision-making.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure

  timely updates and financial accuracy

  across all trackers.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Finance & Accounting:

• Budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking
• Financial modeling and analysis
• Preparing dashboards and performance summaries

• Tools & Software:

• Microsoft Excel (Advanced):

  Pivot Tables, Lookups, Charts, Formulas
• Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools
• Basic knowledge of accounting tools (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks – preferred but not mandatory)

• Analytical & Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com)

  or equivalent.

• 6 months – 1 year

  of internship or professional experience in finance or accounting.
• Proficiency in

  Excel

  and basic financial analysis.
• Enthusiasm for

  startups, venture finance, and continuous learning
