Financial Analyst

You are a talented and detail-oriented Financial Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting strategic decision-making to ensure financial health and business growth. - Analyze financial data and prepare reports on revenue, expenses, and profitability to support business decisions. - Develop and maintain financial models to forecast business performance and identify growth opportunities. - Monitor key financial metrics and perform variance analysis to highlight trends, risks, and improvement areas. - Support budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes across all business functions. - Prepare management reports, presentations, and financial summaries. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal company policies. - Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvement, and operational efficiency. - Conduct periodic reviews of financial records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and proper internal controls. - Prepare cash flow forecasts and assist in monthly and annual financial reporting to track performance. You should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools is required. Strong Quantitative, Financial, and Analytical skills are essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English are a must.
