Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting moderately complex financial analysis tailored to specific functions or business units, providing crucial analytics to drive key decision-making. Your role will involve ensuring adherence to reporting standards, collaborating with department heads on budgets and long-term plans, and producing regular and ad-hoc financial reports for stakeholders. Additionally, you will foster a knowledge management culture by utilizing expertise to address diverse challenges within the framework of company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Perform moderately complex financial analysis that is either transactional or analytical in nature, for specific functions or business units. - Address complex business issues and provide valuable analytics to support key business initiatives. - Conduct appropriate financial analysis to determine trends, observe relationships, and develop ratios used in forecast models. - Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the organization's financial processes and gain proficient knowledge of the company's operations and business. - Establish and maintain relationships with business leaders to ensure fulfillment of financial analysis objectives. - Ensure compliance with reporting standards and corporate policies and the integrity of external and internal reporting. - Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and long-term financial plans. - Generate regular and ad-hoc financial reports for management, executives, and other stakeholders. - Develop conclusions, recommendations, and written reports, contributing proactively through research and data analysis support, and sharing knowledge to foster a knowledge management culture. - Work independently on moderate scope problems, applying professional expertise, exercising judgment, and resolving various issues by following company policies and procedures. Qualifications Required: - Must compulsorily be a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA). - Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. - Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.
