Financial Analysis Sr. Specialist Advisor

As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing financial revenue and cost controlling processes. Your role will involve annual financial planning, forecasting, monthly close/variance analysis, cost control, and margin improvement. Your ability to interact with and influence senior business leaders will be crucial, along with your knowledge of SAP and financial reporting structures. Additionally, you should be adept at managing multiple functions simultaneously. - Formulating annual operating plans and forecasts for various accounts in collaboration with business and finance leaders. - Having a deep understanding of underlying business drivers and helping business/finance leaders achieve strategic business objectives. - Advising business leaders on reaching their targets, ensuring minimal variances to the operating plan, and providing thorough explanations for all variances. - Conducting regular financial reviews with business and finance leaders. - Being a team player, troubleshooter, and consensus-builder. You should possess the following qualifications: - Minimum 7-10 years of financial revenue and cost controlling experience. - Proficiency in annual financial planning, forecasting, monthly close/variance, cost control, and margin improvement. - Ability to interact, engage, and influence senior business leaders. - Knowledge of SAP and financial reporting structures. - Strong multitasking skills and the capacity to manage multiple functions simultaneously.,
