Role Overview: You are a strategic thinker with a passion for driving financial planning and analysis solutions, and you have found the perfect team. As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Associate in the Finance team, your main responsibility will be leading and coordinating the budgeting and forecasting process. Your role includes defining, refining, and delivering projections of earnings and capital across various economic scenarios. You will collaborate closely with firmwide groups in each line of business and play a crucial role in preparing management reports and presentations for the Operating Committee and the Board of Directors. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a liaison between Firm-wide P&A, lines of business, Functional Finance teams, and other support teams to provide impactful reporting, planning, and insightful analyses. - Produce presentations, analysis, and supporting materials for key internal clients. - Participate in and support ad-hoc special projects and requests. - Develop qualitative and quantitative financial analysis. - Create and maintain financial models and analyses. - Conduct "deep dive" analyses on key issues impacting clients. - Collaborate with business partners to ensure timely, accurate, and effective delivery of recurring and ad-hoc initiatives. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - BA/BS in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (CFA, CPA, MBA is a plus). - At least 3 years of relevant FP&A experience, preferably in the financial services industry. - Detail-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Team-oriented, inquisitive, critical thinker who anticipates questions from internal clients and senior management. - Strong technical and analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Essbase, Visual Basic, and macros. - Sound judgment, professional maturity, personal integrity, strong work ethic, proactive and results-oriented mindset. - Clear communication of complex concepts, maintaining composure in a dynamic environment, excellent organizational and management skills, as well as strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.,
