Financial advisor/Team Leader

As a Personal Financial Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to assess the financial needs of individuals and provide them with expert guidance on various investment opportunities, tax laws, and insurance options. You will work closely with clients to help them establish short- and long-term financial goals, including budgeting for education expenses and planning for retirement through strategic investments. Your daily tasks will involve engaging in detailed discussions with clients to understand their financial objectives, creating personalized financial strategies, and monitoring and reporting on their financial progress. To excel in this role, you will be required to conduct thorough research on investment opportunities, meet regularly with clients to review and adjust their financial plans as needed, and continuously develop innovative strategies to help clients achieve their financial aspirations. Additionally, you will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and regulations in the financial industry to provide the most relevant advice to your clients. As an Insurance Advisor, you must meet certain qualifications to be eligible for this position. You should have completed at least the tenth standard and be above the age of 18. It is essential to be certified by the IRDAI (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India) to practice as an insurance advisor. If you have not yet taken the IRDAI exam, you will need to successfully pass it to begin your career as an insurance advisor. Upon passing the exam, you will undergo a three-month provisional period, during which you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your skills and meet performance targets that may lead to early promotion.
