Financial Advisor

As a Finance Advisor (Education Loan) at our company located in Sector 126, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201313, your role is crucial in identifying and developing strategic relationships with potential students who require a loan. Your responsibilities include: - Developing a strong pipeline of new students through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting. - Analyzing the financial status of borrowers. - Monitoring and analyzing the pipeline to review performance and optimize accordingly to ensure objectives are met. - Maintaining strong follow-ups and conducting regular feedback calls. - Creating lead engagement plans and strategies. - Researching details related to each offering and updating them in a timely manner. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Bachelor's degree in any field or a related field. - 6 months to 5 years of experience in the financial industry, fintech, or study abroad sector is preferred. - Demonstrable network in outbound student remittance market, student consultant, exchange companies, etc. - Consistent performance in sales environment, either in AD2 or sales profiles. - Proficiency in the use of MS Office, Excel, and Power Point. - Positive attitude, flexible nature, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. - Ability to work flexible hours. - Knowledge of forex, outward remittance, and the markets is desirable. - Analytical strength and willingness to learn.
